Description
Authorize to enter into sole source contract amendments with the vendors as detailed in letter dated July 31, 2015 (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #76), for environmental spill response, cleanup and tank removals at petroleum sites, by increasing each contract amount by $200,000 from $940,000 to $1,140,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% MTBE Settlement Funds.
