Authorize to enter into a retroactive contract with Weston Solutions Inc., Concord, NH, to perform site investigations, Brownfields assessments, cleanup planning, design and remediation services at contaminated sites and CERCLA sites maintenance, in the amount of $5,028,000. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2019. 48.5% Federal, 12% Other (Hazardous Waste Cleanup, Oil Pollutions Control, and Gasoline Remediation & Elimination Ethers), 38% General, 1.5% Capital Funds.
