Authorize to retroactively accept and expend $96,500 from the School Wide Framework Transformation funds from the US Department of Education through the SWIFT Center at the University of Kansas Center for Research Inc., to substantially improve the achievement of students in NH public schools. Effective July 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. 100% Other Funds.
