Description
Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to retroactively grant funds to Second Start, Concord, NH, to provide basic adult education/English as a Second Language and high school equivalency test preparation services on their premises, Concord, NH, but will also be available at the Merrimack County House of Corrections and in students’ homes, in an amount not to exceed $686,861. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. 35% Federal, 65% General Funds.
