Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to retroactively grant funds to the Nashua Adult Learning Center, Nashua, NH, to provide adult basic education (ABE)/English as a Second Language, English Language/Civics Education classes and training for volunteers to work one-on-one with undereducated adults coordinated from the Nashua Adult Learning Center, the Learning Center Annex in Nashua and in students’ homes, in an amount not to exceed $816,272. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. 35% Federal, 65% General Funds.
