Authorize to make transfers from the Salary Adjustment Fund to agency permanent personnel service accounts after approved by the Director of the Division of Personnel, during the period of August 26, 2015 to July 22, 2016 (anticipated extended year end closing date) for transfers related to fiscal year 2016 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter or the year end closing date. (2)Further authorize to make transfers form the Benefit Adjustment Fund to agency benefit accounts, for the period of August 26, 2015 to July 22, 2016 (anticipated extended year end closing date) for transfers related to fiscal year 2016 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter or the year end closing date.
