Authorize the Bureau of Purchase and Property to enter into a contract with New Horizons Computer Learning Centers d/b/a NH New Hampshire LLC, Nashua, NH, for the provision of professional technical training services, in the amount not to exceed $300,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018, with the option to extend for an additional two year period.
