Authorize to retroactively amend item #23, originally approved by G&C on January 29, 2014, by reallocating grant funds and extending the end date, with no increase in funding, of the grant received from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration to develop a sustainable system of care infrastructure for children and youth with serious emotional, behavioral and/or mental health challenges, and their families. Effective July 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
