Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Southwestern Community Services Inc., Keene, NH, to provide a permanent housing program to facilitate the movement for four homeless families in which one adult or child has a disability, to stable housing and maximum self-sufficiency through the Federal Continuum of Care program, in an amount not to exceed $66,421. Effective November 1, 2015, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through October 31, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
