Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source agreement with Center for Life Management, Derry, NH, to provide a permanent housing program to facilitate the movement of up to 37 homeless individuals and families to stable housing and maximum self-sufficiency through the Federal Continuum of Care program, in an amount not to exceed $243,745. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
