Description
Authorize to exercise a sole source renewal option and amend a contract with Robert Gougelet, MD, Hanover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-20-14, item #35), to provide expert disaster medicine and public health emergency consultation services, by increasing the price by $95,000 from $220,000 to an amount not to exceed $315,000, and by extending the completion date from August 31, 2015 to June 30, 2017. 87.37% Federal, 12.63% General Funds.
