Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an agreement with the Carrier Corporation, Canton, MA, for the provision of repairs for two “Carrier 23XL R22 Screw Chillers” located in the Acute Psychiatric Services building, by increasing the price by $10,000 from $26,000 to an amount not to exceed $36,000. Effective April 20, 2015 through June 30, 2017. 29% Federal, 66% General, 5% Other Funds.
