Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 0.5 +/- of an acre parcel of State owned land located on the westerly side of US Route 202 in the Town of Hancock to Robert M. Magie and Patricia C. Magie for $5,100 which includes a $1,100 Administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased with 80% Federal, 20% Highway Funds.
