Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to amend a sole source agreement with Trapeze Software Group Inc., Scottsdale, AZ (originally approved by G&C on 11-17-10, item #216), for all technical aspects and support of the automated regional rideshare software in order to obtain maximum value and better serve the public, by increasing the total by $116,063 from $193,835 to $309,898 and exercise an option to extend the completion to September 30, 2018. 80% CMAQ, 20% Turnpike Funds.
