Authorize to retroactively accept and expend federal grant funds in the amount of $529,678 for FY 2016 from the US Department of Health and Human Services for continued implementation of plan management partnership operations during calendar year 2015, and for exploring continuity of coverage options. (2)Further authorize to retroactively establish a Class 046 (Consultants) to enter into contracts for consulting services with various vendors. Effective July 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
