Authorize the NH Connecticut River Valley Resource Commission to enter into a retroactive sole source agreement with the Connecticut River Joint Commissions, Lebanon, NH, to provide administration, management, and program assistance, in the amount of $60,000. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
