Authorize to retroactively amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program, Franklin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/27/24, Item #58), by extending the completion date from April 1, 2025 to April 1, 2026 to provide additional time to complete work related to the program’s cybersecurity project. Effective upon G&C approval. This is a no-cost time extension. 100% Federal Funds
