Authorize to accept and expend Developing Capacity to Improve Emergency Operations Plans in NH grant funds in the amount of $92,457 from the US Department of Education, to improve the internal capacity to assist local schools in the development and implementation of high-quality Emergency Operations Plans. (2)Further authorize to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Safety, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to assist the DOE in completing the scope of a grant received from the US Department of Education titled “Developing Capacity to Improve Emergency Operations Plans in NH”, in an amount not to exceed $85,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
