Authorize to retroactively amend item #56, originally approved by G&C on November 12, 2014, by extending the end date from June 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015, for a grant of $370,000 from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs, to be utilized to implement a Swift and Certain Sanctions Intensive Probation Supervision program. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. No Additional Funding. 100% Federal Funds.
