Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment with the Milton School District, Milton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #135A), for the continued provision of Student Assistance Programing to address underage drinking and prescription drug misuse and abuse among individuals age twelve to eighteen years old, by increasing the price by $100,000 from $2,156,450.69 to an amount not to exceed $2,256,450.69, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 to September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
