Authorize to amend an agreement by exercising a renewal option with the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Center for Health Law and Economics, Worcester, MA (originally approved by G&C on 11-14-12, item #45), to provide policy and technical consulting services for NH Disproportionate Share Hospital Program, by increasing the price by $631,433.80 from $602,883 to $1,234,316.80, and by extending the end date from October 31, 2015 to October 31, 2018. 50% General, 50% Federal Funds.
