Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with The Lakes Region Mental Health Center Inc., d/b/a Genesis Behavioral Health, Laconia, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-23-14, item #13), to provide permanent housing services through the Federal Continuum of Care program by increasing the price by $1,836 from $37,670 to $39,506 with no change to the current contract end date of January 31, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
