Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the Manchester Health Department, Manchester, NH, to provide Healthy Homes and Lead Poisoning Prevention and case management services, in an amount not to exceed $80,000. Effective September 1, 2015, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through August 31, 2017. 73% Other (Revolving Lead Poisoning Prevention Fund), 27% Federal Funds.
