Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to exercise a renewal option to an existing agreement with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, d/b/a Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-16-13, item #56), to support a Child Development Program, by increasing the price by $137,654.36 from $275,303.85 to an amount not to exceed $412,958.21, and by changing the end date from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016, retroactive to July 1, 2015. 70% General, 30% Federal Funds.
