Authorize to retroactively reimburse Karen Blake of Lincoln, NH, the amount of $368 for prior fiscal year travel expenditures of two round-trip tickets for train travel for herself and another member of the Council to attend the national Disability Policy Seminar in Washington DC, on behalf of the Council on April 13-15, 2015 to be paid out of current FY 16 funds. 100% Federal Funds.
