Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Strafford County, Dover, NH, for the provision of In-State Incarceration of State Sentenced Female Offender Services, in the amount of $1,842,120. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017, with the option to renew for up to two additional periods of one year each. 100% General Funds.
