Authorize to award grant funds in the amount of $997,500 to ACE-Manchester Solar LLC, to install, own and operate a solar photovoltaic electric generation system of 1,200 kilowatts (DC) / 1,000 kilowatts (AC) in capacity on the closed landfill property located in Manchester, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2016. 100% Renewable Energy Fund, a non-lapsing special fund continually appropriated to the Commission.
