Description
Authorize the Division of Educational Improvement to enter into a contract with the Plymouth State University College of Graduate Studies, to support the Title IIA State Agency for Higher Education initiative for Improving Teaching Quality by providing Rural School Educator Institutes, in an amount not to exceed $290,642. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016, with the option to renew for up to one additional fiscal year. 100% Federal Funds.
