Authorize to retroactively amend a contract as sole source with Brian Philpot, Westford, MA (originally approved by G&C on 11-14-12, item #132), to develop a state dashboard on the School and District Profiles, develop a tool for data requests and data presentation, and develop high school feedback reports, in the amount of $36,400 from $122,300 to $158,700.
