Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Southeast Land Trust, Epping, NH, in the amount of $300,000 to protect 69+/- acres of land in Newmarket and Epping, NH, located within the Hydrologic Area of Concern for the University of New Hampshire/Durham Water System. The landowner agrees that the deed shall allow passive outdoor recreation, including hunting and fishing. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
