Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a new parking lease agreement with the City of Dover, NH, for the 7th Circuit Court. Effective upon G&C approval and will terminate only if provision #8 is exercised by the State. Upon approval this lease will replace the original Locust Street Parking Lot lease approved by G&C on 7-25-01. As per the previous agreement, funds will be required for the installation and maintenance of signage for parking spaces on the premises. At present, the cost for the two required signs is estimated at $200. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC).
