Authorize to exercise a renewal option to a sole source agreement with MAXIMUS Health Services Inc., Reston, VA (originally approved by G&C on 4-23-14, late item A), for the operation of a Temporary Enrollment and Eligibility Call Center supporting Medicaid enrollment inquires and processing applications under the NH Health Protection Act, by increasing the price by $500,000 from $500,000 to $1,000,000, and by extending the end date from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2017. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
