Description

Authorize the Bureau of Behavioral Health to establish a consultant list of six Attorneys and engage them as required to provide legally required representation for certain individuals admitted to the NH Hospital at a price not to exceed $60,800. Effective July 1, 2015 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
