Authorize the Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services to exercise a renewal option with County of Cheshire, Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-20-13, item #41), to complete Strategic Prevention Framework project that builds capacity in the community to prevent prescription drug abuse, the use of non-medical opioids, and underage alcohol and excessive alcohol use on the campuses of Keene State College and Franklin Pierce University, by increasing the price by $100,000 from $571,617 to an amount not to exceed $671,617, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
