Description
Authorize the Bureau of Developmental Services to exercise a renewal option to existing agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated May 22, 2015 (originally approved by G&C on 6-18-14, item #92 and 10-29-14, item #19), for the continuation of Complaint Investigator services by conducting investigations of abuse, neglect, exploitations, and rights violations, by increasing the price by $231,000 from $243,250 to an amount not to exceed $474,250, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016. 100% Other Funds.
