Authorize the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services to exercise a renewal option to an existing agreement with the NH Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #51), to continue providing training and workforce development activities for alcohol and other drug abuse prevention, intervention, treatment and recovery support professionals, by increasing the price by $108,000 from $346,000 to $454,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015. 53% Federal, 47% General Funds.
