Description

Authorize the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the NH State Liquor Commission, Concord, NH, to continue to provide surveillance and related activities, for youth access to and use of tobacco products, in an amount not to exceed $100,000. Effective July 1, 2015, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
