Description
Authorize the Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services to enter into enter into an amendment to a sole source agreement with the NH Interscholastic Athletic Association Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-20-13, item #59), to implement the Life of an Athlete program, by increasing the price by $500,000 from $460,000 to an amount not to exceed $960,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
