Description
Authorize the Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-13-11, item #73), to continue providing a Transitional Living Program/Halfway House for men, by increasing the price by $164,845 from $1,449,792 to an amount not to exceed $1,614,637 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015. 100% General Funds.
