Authorize to establish a list of Substance Abuse Treatment Centers, with the ability to expand to include additional agencies licensed by the NH Board of Medicine, and certified and approved by the NH Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services for Outpatient Treatment programs to provide counseling and medication assisted treatment for clients enrolled in the NH Ryan White CARE Program. Accordingly, the price limitation among all agreements is $30,000 each State Fiscal Year for a total of $60,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Other Funds.
