Authorize to exercise a renewal option by amending an existing agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #56), to provide Technical Assistance Services to complete the development and implementation for the expansion of the Options Counseling Program under the Aging and Disability Resource Center, by increasing the price by $73,640 from $624,009 to an amount not to exceed $697,649, and by extending the end date from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
