Authorize to exercise a renewal option to an existing agreement with Southeastern Regional Education Services Center Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #120), to provide feeding and swallowing services to children with special health care needs, by increasing the price by $357,504 from $358,228 to an amount not to exceed $715,732, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2017. 30% Federal, 70% General Funds.
