Description
Authorize to enter into amendments to existing agreement with the vendors as detailed in letter dated May 19, 2015 (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #118), to provide developmental and acquired brain disorder services, by increasing the price by $9,008,418 from $13,276,608 to $22,285,026, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016. (2)Further authorize to make an advanced payment to each vendor, up to a maximum of one-twelfth of the State Fiscal Year 2016 funding available. 24.9% Federal, 75.1% General Funds.
