Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into agreements with the sub-recipients as detailed in letter dated June 2, 2015, to provide funding and services under the Federal Transportation Alternatives Program through a local project administration process, totaling $5,354,483. Effective upon G&C approval, for Fiscal Years 2016, 2017 and 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
