Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into a contract with Southern NH Planning Commission, Manchester, NH, to undertake certain transportation related planning activities, in the amount of $1,425,565. Effective July 1, 2015, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
