Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into a contract with the Upper Valley-Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission, Lebanon, NH, to undertake certain transportation related planning activities, in the amount of $571,680. Effective July 1, 2015, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
