Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with All States Asphalt Inc., Sunderland, MA, for 16.9 miles of pavement preservation (Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal) at five separate locations in the State, on the basis of a single bid of $2,276,375. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $113,818.75 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 14, 2015. 100% Betterment Funds.
