Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Earth Systems Research Center, Durham, NH, to continue implementation of GRANIT, the State’s computerized geographic information system, in the amount of $130,000. Effective July 1, 2015, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
