Authorize to amend a loan agreement with the Tilton-Northfield Water District, Tilton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/21/23, Item #89), by increasing the loan amount by $5,000,000 from $8,635,458 to $13,635,458, to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. 87.34% Federal Funds, 12.66% General Funds. (2) Further authorize to amend an American Rescue Plan Act and a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund (DWGTF) grant to the Tilton-Northfield Water District, Tilton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/21/22, Item #89), by extending the DWGTF grant completion date from December 1, 2025 to January 1, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funding is involved in this time extension. 100% Federal Funds
