Authorize to enter into a contract agreement with Architechnology, Sanbornton, NH, for professional architectural services for planning and design of various projects as necessary and required by the Department, in the amount of $400,000. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017, with the option for two additional one-year renewals.
